Originally built in the 1980s as an office building, this was the first building to be built on this parcel of land. Now as an apartment community, residents benefit from the quiet environment that comes with concrete construction and the good feelings of sustainable building re-use. During this redevelopment Edgewood worked hand-in-hand with Whiting-Turner to create a truly amazing space featuring a sun deck, sunning terrace, grilling stations and private dining tables.
