Since then, the company has grown from a small residential landscaper to a commercial specialty contractor across the Mid-Atlantic. Tim is passionate about ensuring the best for employees of the company and keeping long lasting relationships with Edgewood’s clients. Today with over 22 years of diverse experience, Tim's main mission is to nurture the company’s vision as it grows.

Vice President of Operations
Damien has eighteen years of construction industry experience in civil contracting involving many commercial, residential, utility, airport, and government projects. His high energy and passion attributes to his success on managing some of the largest projects in Edgewood’s history. Damien brings a wealth of knowledge to the earth retention division.

Nick Fenstermaker
Estimator/Project Manager
Nick heads up the Lehigh Valley office, managing Earth Retention projects from Lehigh Valley of PA to regions of Northern New Jersey and New York. He brings fifteen years of expansive construction experience across Heavy Civil and Site Construction. His work includes highways, bridges, underground utilities, residential communities, transportation, and high security Government installations.

Erica Salvetti, CPA, CCIFP
Controller
Erica is a highly motivated accounting professional with over eight years of experience in the construction industry. Experience includes both assurance and tax work including audits, reviews, compilations, and federal, state, and local tax preparation. She is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional and is Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Woman in Construction.

Walter Fry
General Manager
In 2012, Walter started with the company working alongside a crew learning the industry. From there, he has managed some of the most complex projects Edgewood has completed; helping him develop a lot of the systems that run the company today. Now with over ten years of construction experience, his main mission is to focus on the future of Edgewood and continued growth.

Michael O'Neill, P.E.
Regional General Manager
With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mike holds his Professional Engineering license. He has extensive experience across heavy civil and site construction, including highways, bridges, underground utilities and transportation. Mike steers the ship for our DC and Virginia markets, and is commendable for his attention to detail.

Preconstruction Manager
Mark brings 12 years of work experience in finance, client relations and several years in the construction industry to Edgewood. He is incredibly detail oriented and sales driven, thriving on large complex projects. Being a system driven individual, he has been a critical part of creating Edgewood's preconstruction department and procedures.

Project Controls Manager
Rachel has a background in hospitality, with more than seven years in event management. She made the switch to the construction world, bringing problem-solving skills, extreme organization, and a keen attention to detail. At Edgewood, Rachel works with the operations team, field teams and finance department to make sure each job is a success.

Greg’s experience includes 4 years as a construction hydraulic technician and 6 years in the business aviation industry. He brings a diverse background to the preconstruction team. His experience, gleaned from working in the close-knit aviation community, has set him on the path to build new and lasting relationships. Greg is highly motivated by the people around him, who are constantly striving to improve as individuals and a team.
