Hardscape Foreman
Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
  • Confirm latest set of drawings, quantities & Job Info sheet is in their possession.
  • Confirm layout with General Superintendent.
  • Confirm elevations and Layout.
  • All material needs for the 5 days ahead at least.
  • Know general Hardscape Scope of work.
General
  • Communicate with crew on Daily Basis – Regarding Weather, etc.
  • Make certain all tools and PPE required for specific project are on hand, functional and in truck – communicate Small Tools needs as required to General Superintendent.
  • Daily Preventive Maintenance on all equipment – lubrication, fueling, DEF.
  • Communicate any equipment or vehicle issues/maintenance/repair to Fleet Manager.
  • PPE needs – including project specific PPE needs – to be communicated to Logistics Manager.
  • Manage projects on daily basis, all Foreman are working Foreman leading the crew.

CDL Truck Driver
Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
  • Delivery of materials / equipment to jobsites.
  • Safe and professional driving.
  • Daily communication with general superintendents and Site Foreman.
General
  • CDL Drivers license, class B minimum.
  • Medical Card
