44 West Mosteller located on the “first block” of West Chester started off as the Cross Keys Hotel in 1786. It became a large, bleak, and empty building in the center of town. With the endurance of E Kahn Development, it now has retail, restaurant, and office space with panoramic views of downtown West Chester. The design is timeless, utilitarian, and suited to the district. The finished product speaks for itself.
